“The Devil is in the details”   came from post war european integration 1963,   yet the phrase comes from “God is in the details” attributed to Ludwig Mies van der Rohe 1900

Quite interesting how this phrase could vary to this degree, nearly opposing each other based on perception and relation.    

God is in the details refers to God being within every miniscule detail; making every detail important,   while the latter, the Devil is in the details, infers that the complication of details are the problems themselves.    

While being reminded of the quote, “the Devil is in the details” I began researching the original author to add it to the quotes of Sat-Song.     The statement has it’s own meaning to my inference, in which the details, the qualities, the separate attributes of the One whole are where the devil lives within God.   Taking from the ONE by hiding the indivisible supreme being in the mask of division, separations, complexities, confusion, on and on.    The more fragments/ details and the distance from the original source, the more the doer, perceiver, the consciousness of the YOU, will lose sight/ forget the origin, the source by which the details are; all the while, ever indivisible with the indivisible source forgotten and hidden in the fragments of itself.     

To read this statement “the Devil is in the details” reads very philosophically and aligns with the overall thesis of my life path and comprehension vested within me.    The Word that sprung forth creation, Light/ vibration, the big bang is but ONE singular, indivisible substance of all creation.    This origin/ source/ being indivisible, is within and gives all of the qualities of itself.   However,  if the conscious being who is perceiving the qualities, the details, becomes blinded by the details of the indivisible ONE Source they are, then they are being lured by the Devil.       The Devil is the force of repulsion, repelling the conscious perception away from itself into separation, delusion complexities, confusion.    If all is one indivisible substance, all is God, in God, by God, for God then the details, the fragments, the attributes and qualities of the manifestation of the ONE indivisible substance of light, can only be light.    To then accredit the qualities with their own power and forget the power by which the quality  is, is to be Un true, Mis informed, Mis directed.  

For the details are naught but by the source by which the details are manifest, live by, and ultimately live for.   

“God is in the details”    This statement, which I was surprised to find gave rise to the latter “the Devil is in the details” is nearly a polarity to the other.      In the objective, relative, worldly sense, God is in the details refers to the importance of each and every minute detail.    The details are what make the whole great.   That every detail of life holds the greatest importance giving unto the whole.    Did the chicken or the egg come first?    

God and the Devil do not oppose each other, just as the details of the whole and whole of the details do not oppose each other.  God/ Father, the omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent Alpha and Omega is the Creator/ Sustainer/ Destroyer of All that is, and the Devil is a some thing that is, a detail.      So only by God is the Devil to be.      Christ on the other hand, in comparison to to incomparable Father,  is a creation of God, his only begotten son, the Word of God.     Christ is the attraction of creation whereby the Devil is Repulsion of creation.  Christ is goodness, light, love, Union, where as the Devil is the bad, darkness, hate, separation.    Both are only but by God, to create the divine magnetism of cyclical creation, and both are in God, indivisible from God, and both are permeated with God,   for God is the force, the energy/ light, power by which power is.   

The infinite cannot be defined and condensed into the finite qualities of his creation.  The Christ’s of Unification, Attunement, Selfless that have inhabited the earth throughout time and the Heavens of eternity,  are created by the uncreated, manifest to shine light when hidden by darkness.   The Devils, the ones of delusion, untruth, misinformation, are also manifest in the divine cycle of duality that is creation.   Regardless of the statement that sits well with the belief system, comprehension given in this life, to focus on a detail of God or to focus on God of all the details, is thy being of manifestation within God and dancing with the creation of God.    

God is in the details,    in every aspect of his own self, while God isn’t changed, subject to the variations of details, for they are his eternal self.        See with thine heart God in all of his manifestations of attraction and repulsion, good and bad, and with the ability to see, ye are sight itself untouched by the things/ details of sight.        Prejudice, judgment,  is for God, not for a manifestation of God to then judge another manifestation of God by the dance of the manifestation.    Nay!     “If one smiteth thee on one cheek, offer also the other”     Love all with the Love vested in thee of God.     Intuition of the right hemisphere,   reason of the left hemisphere both compose the brain, the heart of the center of thine being is the Love that unifies.    And so,   reason, ration, detail, detail, segregation, separation of the Devil and the intuition, knowing, illuminating, unifying, communing of Christ are but by God!  And oh one of consciousness, perception, awareness,   be the being of consciousness, perception, awareness that you are manifest of God!   

Whether God is in the details or the devil is in the details is for you to choose,    for the details are but for you.  The detail of thine individualism of human being, of thine individual experience,   of thine individual path, comprehension, awareness is a manifestation of God, in God, with God, for God, by God.   And so,   attraction or repulsion,    darkness or light,   thy space and place in time, thy own being tho art,   be true to you,   for you are truth!
