There are so many known and forgotten books, literature, and writings that have shown light,
reflected, refracted, helped, hurt, illumined, bent, built and broken confines of thought processes time and time again through my life. Most books listed that include commentary have first been read and digested to my ability of comprehension, and then re-read with the commentary.
As with the consumption of food, without giving time for digestion and the benefit of the food to disperse throughout the body, continual consumption of that which was perceived as good and beneficial becomes harmful. . If words, ideas, perceptions and conceptions aren't digested like the intake of food, too much consumption at one time will make one sick!
